This experiment is carried out to create an independent and objective system of education quality assessment; these assessment results should be taken into account upon state accreditation of the academic programs.

First-year students of the universities, which volunteered to take part in the experiment, will pass exams to both professors of their university and professors of other universities; besides, the video recording of the exam will be carried out.

The students of the Russian New University will pass the exam in Theory of State and Law, History and Mathematical Analysis.

Along with the students of the Russian New University (the only non-state university taking part in the experiment), the exam will be passed by students of the following six universities:

· Kutafin Moscow State Law University;

· Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University);
