Short description:
The article gives information about the importance of event-related tourism, since it is fundamental basis
of the process of development, retention, strengthening of independence, sovereignty and originality of peoples.
Therefore in the interests of retention and protection of Russian national culture it is rational to propose creation
of different programs (including animation), which have at the basis of its national traditions.
