Акцентируется внимание на том, что, с одной стороны, это было время великих реформ, стремительного развития страны, с другой стороны, именно в данный период общество столкнулось с усилением террора, преследований государственных чиновников революционерами. Подчеркивается, что особенно часто мишенью революционеров становились сотрудники Министерства внутренних дел. Делается вывод о том, что для предотвращения подобных конфликтов сегодня необходимо развитие правовой культуры общества, важной составляющей которой является изучение истории государства и права.
Short description:
Dedicated to the history of the state and the rights of Russia at the turn of the 19th – 20th centuries. The complexity and inconsistency of the specified period is noted. Att ention is drawn to the fact that, on the one hand, it was a time of great reforms, the rapid development of the country, on the other hand, it was during this period that the society was confronted with an increase in terror and the persecution of state officials by revolutionaries. It is emphasized that employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were especially often targeted by revolutionaries. It is concluded that today, to prevent such conflicts, it is necessary to develop the legal culture of society, an important component of which is the study of the history of the state and law.
